lucid dream FINALLY!!

Pretty much just tried my best to keep my mind awake while sleeping, sat through paralysis then had a lucid dream, not even during REM. When I entered the dream everything was dark and blurry but my brother, who was crouched by my side assured me that it would clear up. I knew I was dreaming because I was watching the whole sleeping process and saw the dream emerge. When the dream cleared up, I ran around and started flying (completely unskilfully) and woke up after 30 seconds or so. I had a false awakening in which I wrote a dream diary entry with this exact title. This is my first deliberately induced lucid dream. Does anyone know what type of lucid dream this is, considering it wasn't during REM?
