Soap characters, high up hotel and being recorded

Sally from this Beitish soap opera, Coronation Street, and Yasmeen. They had some apartment block, and the stairs up to them were black metal railing. However, there were two sets of stairs, and Sally wanted hers red. She started having doubts about the colour, and had not finished painting the top part and had run out of paint. Yasmeen disagreed with the red paint. Outside of this apartment block was a hotel: an elevated wooden house, one storey, in a sort of L shape. My cousin and I had to climb around the outside to get in, and I remember being terrified I was going to fall, as I could only hold on to the wood to stay on the tiny bit of floor around it. Turns out there were stairs on the other side neither of us had seen. We go in and check out the room, then go back downstairs. The bottom foyer of Sally and Yasmeen's building was made out of Minecraft blocks, and I was tasked with replacing the floor. The walls were only one block high, at about knee height. I half finished my job then gave up, and returned to my cousin, who was just outside. I noticed everything we were saying was getting repeated somewhere in the distance, so I go to try and work out where the voice was coming from. It was a phone down a little bank a little while away from us, and it was recording us on Snapchat, and had been for a while. I pick it up, stop the recording and go into the gallery, where I see several group selfies with my uncle at the centre of them. I immediately assume it is his phone, and tell my cousin so.
