Visual Disorder

I think this dream was triggered by my AP Psychology book, where they told a story of a girl who basically had tunnel vision. This dream was extremely realistic and I woke up thinking I had tunnel vision. In my dream, I was being taken around this huge, white, modern-looking room to be tested through different experiments on my eyesight. Other kids were there too, and we would rotate between tests. I don’t remember all of the tests, but one involved me looking through different lenses out of the corner of my eye. Each of the lenses were different colors and apparently I saw different colors than I was supposed to out of the corner of my eye. He would hold up a certain lens and ask what color it was, and I would see green when it was actually yellow or blue. Another test involved whether I wet the bed or not. I told them I didn’t, but they tested it anyway by making me lay in beds and either moving them by remote control or having me see certain objects or by having me drink fluids. One more test was about how I reacted to seeing certain colors. I was fine until the doctor pushed a dark purple block toward me and I started crying and found myself scared of it. The doctors were super interested in my case and kept telling me how interesting my eyesight was. However, I was upset because afterwards they told me for the perfect vision I would need to buy four different pairs of glasses for different things and they didn’t explain my disorder well at all. I woke up and then fell back asleep to dream of walking in a beautiful neighborhood in these woods and it was gorgeous.
