Fever hallucinations

Couldn’t sleep because i was so sick so i started hallucinating while i tried to rest. I wasn’t exactly in these dreams but i was overseeing them kinda as an observer because i was still awake. First one while i was definitely still awake: the setting was vaguely the graduation i played at yesterday. everyone in the dream was aggressive and also like, fucking each other. like okay i guess. i also couldn’t stop coughing up phlegm from my lungs during this and it was also part of the hallucination. second one while i was between sleep and wakefulness: me and my dad were on a road trip of sorts starting and ending at my old preschool. we went to this convention center kinda and there was a maid cafe there and a bunch of anime memorabilia. i saw some jojo figures for sale and i almost started crying
