Same sidewalk, same rock

I’ve had this dream numerous times. It’s repetitive and always the same setting. I’m dreaming in the third person watching myself walking on the sidewalk, the view zooms onto the sidewalk noticing a rock in the middle. As I get closer, I repeat to myself “There is a rock on the sidewalk, don’t trip over the rock,” and I end up tripping and waking up! It has repeated multiple times, always with the same ending - me tripping over the rock! I distinctively remember telling myself in one of my dreams “You’ve had this dream before, don’t trip over the rock,” but end up tripping anyway. I never was able to overcome and control this dream. Weird!
