Sleep paralysis x false awakening

So this happened about 6 times in one hour... So I went through sleep paralysis "6 times" but I only woke up once at the end... There was nothing weird about the first time. I just felt the need to move and call out for my mom and I couldn't make it happen. Although I thought I did make it happen a few times. I just couldn't wake up completely but I thought I was making slight movement and sound. Then I thought I actually opened my eyes so I though I beat the sleep paralysis but went back to sleep pretty fast because I was too tired still... I hadn't actually woken up at all though... By the way I've been incredibly tired all day... The second time started off very similar to the first. I"woke" up and walked out of the room this time. Once I was out the bedroom door, I found my cousins in a green room having some light argument over the youngest cousin. I talked with everyone and it seemed real but then I realized I don't have a green room... The third time I was really trying hard to call out for my mon specifically; it was my top priority, over moving and opening my eyes. And I thought I really had called out really loud and she had even responded. Then I was able to move my hand even tho it was really shaky and I forced my eye open with it. This was also not real though of course.... The fourth time I couldn't move but I could hear music playing through my earbuds (which don't really exist right now) very clearly. The lyrics were something about "help me out"? It seemed to be at the chorus and repeating that throughout. Anyways, I found it annoying and I really wanted to get my earbuds out but I couldn't move. I think I tried making noise once more thinking it would help wake up my senses. And then finally I did "wake up" and I violently took out my earbuds and I got up to walk out of the room. But as I was walking towards the door I could still hear the music clearly in one of my ears. Thats when I thought, " Oh great I've finally gone insane. Looks like I need to start looking for help..." I remember later on sitting at the island in our kitchen with my mom talking about getting help while drinking coffee. The fifth time I remember "waking up" after a similar struggle but this time thinking "I wonder if this is real or not? If we look behind the bedroom door we'll see." And there were drawings and pictures on the wall that aren't there in real life but that for some reason I recognized as realistic in the dream. I even recognized the bright pink walls that formed a sort of cylinder around the house but I didn't recognize the colorful writing allll over the walls. So thats what gave it away apparently. So I just looked around at the dream version of my real home... There was a woman's head on my table and it was very colorful and I said to it " aren't you beautiful " with a smile. And then I wondered what would happen if I bounced around this dream version of my home... And it was incredibly bouncy and so I was having fun and laughing and bouncing my way to the kitchen and I knew this is what the gravity on the moon felt like or somewhere in space idk... But I don't even make it to the kitchen I just wonder if I'm ever going to leave the dreamland because how will I know if every time I wake up it feels so real? Then I have my sixth dream or really the sixth time is just me trying to wake up once more and thinking my way through it... I keep on telling myself to be slow and steady about moving a finger or opening an eye and to be patient... It's almost unbearable when I finally open my eyes wide open and jump up in bed and I decide this feels real and feeling how really waking up feels makes me feel secure in knowing no one could truly confuse waking up in real life and in a dream. So yea... and then I typed this lol... I've never experienced these two things together can anyone relate? And my sleep paralysis has been more constant lately... Also I've had the earbud thing happen in my latest two sleeping paralysis experiences... in the one before this it was a young man on the earbud saying hi my name is lane after very realistic and clear sounds of the ocean stopped. All I responded to it by thought was that it couldn't talk to me, that I didn't give it permission... I woke up shortly after "denying it permission" idk... at that time I did have earbuds and I did fall asleep with them in my ears though but there was no sound coming from them in real life. Also... just wanted to note these sounds are always only on one ear and that's my right ear...
