Rubber dingy rock climbing

I was somehow riding down the road using a small rubber Dingey sometimes I would hold it above my head and it would lift me off the ground so that I could glide. Then this dude appeared and was concerned that their was danger in what I was doing he said if it landed incorrectly on the rocks it could be fatal. He stood tall and strong on top of the rocks he was like an expert climber and could hop From one rock to another without any fear or danger of falling.
