Strange Hospital

I was in a hospital, but I don't know what hospital it was. It was also a college. It was the middle of the night. I guess I was in nursing classes. I was working on a radio show for something in North Carolina, but I didn't know what. I asked someone, she said I needed to talk about God. I was really thirsty. I went down to the first floor, there was a black woman delivering pizzas. She said nobody here was tipping well. I went outside to have a cigarette, but it seemed dangerous, so I didn't stick around. I went back inside, but couldn't find anywhere to get a drink. Somebody told me I needed to go to the 6th floor, that there is a 24 hour gift and book shop there. I got into a small elevator, it was only big enough for one person. It went way up to the 255th floor, and finally started going down to the 6th. The store pretty much covered the entire floor. I went inside and they were selling a bunch of Star Trek stuff. I found a drink, but wanted to purchase my textbooks. There was an older woman working there, and her husband was sleeping on the floor. I asked her where the textbooks were, she said they don't do that anymore, that CPI delivers them to students. I had no idea what CPI was. She had a small dog, like a poodle. There was a koala keychain that lit up. There was a place to go outside and have a cigarette, which didn't make sense because it was on the 6th floor.
