The after with Eugene

I'm at the after party at one of Eugene's shows. It's on an old bus and the other band members sit in front of us. He turns over to me and i go to flirt with him as we usually do. He starkly rejects it, it seems, and asks me not to do that anymore. I tell him that's fine. I'd much rather be his friend. I value that much more. He seems to shy away as rejected, as if he expected me to fight for that. I wonder for a moment if he's confused me for my sister who I imagine he'd find much more beautiful and worthy of him flirting. He insists not. I look at his face. It's no longer old and weathered and instead young and healthy. His deep, tanned skin is free of its winkles and suddenly seems so innocent. He warms up to me and we start to talk. I think to ask when his birthday is but don't, thinking he's heard that one too many times. He leans in to kiss me and I do, however confused about him asking me to not flirt with him anymore. It seems like he just feels very lonely. We start to talk more. I ask if he knows I'm a musician too. He says no and i tell him I play freak folk. He seems intrigued. I go up through the bus where i see Prudence. She stomps to the middle of the bus and starts to harass me. I tell her that maybe we've gotten off on the wrong foot. I try to blatantly avoid noting how cruel she's been. She surprisingly reacts well and lets me pass without issue. I leave to the campground where my mom and aunt jenn are. They've got a little cabin here and I'm desperate to take a shower. I go back and forth a couple times trying to get my clothes in the towel together. Somehow, I keep forgetting something. There are these little packets of soaps that looks so fancy hanging off the towel rack. I go to use one but way too much comes out and then I realize it's lotion. Eventually I give up trying to get everything perfect and take the shower anyway. Halfway through, I realize that I forgot my towel. I'll call on my mom to help and bring it to me. She does and I get mostly finished. I go outside to find manu. As the two of us head back, we encounter Danny and Santi on the way. Bizarrely, it seems I want to hurt us. Especially santi. I go on the defense and resist the attacks. I think that this is so strange for him. Running up and down the hill, I send him off and Danny to a lesser extent. I wonder what's happened to them. Manu don't feel like the people I knew. Money when I escaped safely but I'm still a little confused about why my friends became so aggressive.
