Lost Tooth, almost lucid

At some point tonight, I had a dream where I touched my tongue to my lower right second from the back molar. It wiggled when I touched it and realized it was dead. I grabbed it with my fingers and it pulled right out. I got really nervous but then realized every time I've lost a tooth it has been a dream. But before coming lucid, I woke up.
