Forgotten college trip

I was going on this trip out for a few days with my college they did the trio around twice a year because the college students were sort of split into two groups we were in my sociology classroom and we were given our sheets that said we could go and what order we had to stay in I saw first but didn't want to be as it ment I would have to know what I was doing and things like that but they said I couldn't change if later we were all at the train station this was where everyones parents would go to say goodbye and Tan from queer eye was there so I was exited but then after awhile I realised my mum was no there so I got a little upset and the leader of the trip got on with my well so he gave me a hug because he could tell I was starting to well up suddenly my mum came running up to the train station with a brioche and said she was sorry but had no idea that the trip was today she gave me a hug and said wouldn't ever of missed it but she only just found out by one of her clients because there is a tv show all about brieds and they were filming a bit for it at the station and I was in the background so she rang my mum to get her to look and it made my mum realise the trip must be today.
