what does this nightmare mean!!!

I was in a Adobe white room with two ladders on led to a vent to the outside world the other had an evil clown that was coming after me. The clown began to threaten me saying " if you climb that ladder your daughter will die in child birth." I remember I really wanted to get away from this clown so I responded saying " well I guess I'm not going to have children then." I started to climb the ladder as fast as I could and the clown grab my ankle I then woke up!
