rotating building

some1 gifted me a marble glass made turtle ...i was meeting with my relatives .they have huge windows covered with glass and amazingly they love in a building which is rotating around itself... the view from the window keeps on changing like sometimes its lake ..sometimes its sunrise ..sometimes plain
