Weirdest video game with Donald Trump

I was playing this animated video game with my friend (SD) somewhere. The details were foggy, but I remember the game involved creating a character, but you had to put in the character’s name first and then the character would manifest. I put in the name “Marrian” or something similar, and when my character came it looked like a man, but don’t remember details. Then at some point an animated Donald Trump appeared somewhere, and for a while the game just showed Donald Trump standing. But as I continued to look at him, he started looking more and more like Obama. Then I looked away from the game towards my friend, and I tried to situate myself an appropriate distance from her because we were sitting on the same couch.
