Toad Cancer and other very weird dreams

there was a very rich girl staying over at my house, we were both about 7? She had ordered some sweets of some kind and got them delivered here. I remember her wanting to eat all of them herself but she didn't... she was wearing a white fluffy petticoat, with matching hat and gloves, but i don't really remember her face or hair or anything... Except her cheeks looked very wind chapped, like a permanent blush.. I remember my grandma came to the room and asked if i had seen my birth mother's trunk????? It was strange but she showed us and said it was worth a lot of money... It didn't seem very special tho. It was just kinda dusty and didn't have anything in it. It also smelled bad but I can't place what the smell was... later that day I, for some reason, move my mattress into the hallway? The thermostat says 43°F (which is cold for inside a house) but I'm burning up? My grandma wakes up and says good morning??? ~Separate Dream~ Water was coming out of the fish tank and i was really scared and all the water was in one part but the fish were dying so I gave them a bit of water while i fixed the tank i was worried it would hurt them but it didn't seem to. We have a lot of fish, not just Sophia and Goldie but an isopod and a pleco and some other fish as well i moved the rocks from where the water had somehow got trapped and the water started flowing back into the thank. some of the fish were pushed out into the tank by the force but it seemed to not bother them. then there was a v cute toad floating in the center of the tank, looking kinda pissed off. I picked it up, and told the person in the room with me (not sure who it was) that the toad was what had caused the water to be blocked. the frog was okay, if not pissed off. Then i remember it being later and the person was drinking a coffee? or maybe hot chocolate... and i remember thinking "but where was the cancer?" As though it were an episode of House... Then I seemed to have a vision? as the person, still petting the frog, drank a bit of their drink, in my mind the frog was held over the drink and it turned into cancerous tumours... we somehow managed to call a chemical warfare cleanup team or whatever those people are called and they helped clean stuff while we kinda panicked... it was bizarre. ~Separate Dream~ I'm watching Dan and Phil play a game that is somehow minecraft, sub-nautica, the sims, and mario all mixed into one? I seem to be watching them play it as though it's in VR, or as though I'm in the world of the game anyway, since they aren't actually playing it via VR. Anyway they have this big machine like thing? Like a PRAWN suit from sub-nautica but more rounded? anyway they're walking around in it and find a slime just lying around. The inventory item not the actual creature. They pick it up. They continue exploring even though they had only wanted to explore a bit, they come across this area with these huge red orbs that seem to want to destroy them. The whole time of course I'm getting A+ Dan and Phil commentary lol. They find a bunch of scannable items and scan them but unlike how you have to actually scan things in sub-nautica they just have to walk over it to pick it up, like minecraft. They then found something similar to a Nether Portal? Instead of purple though the inside was this pitch black goo. There were 10 Mario coins they could get before entering the portal and Dan managed to get all of them but they seemed to disappear while falling through the portal, which Dan was really mad about. However they reappeared when they came to the other side and Dan re-collected them, and they were added to the currency bar. Then Phil suggested they go to build mode? And that was the end of the dream.
