Rusty Towers

I was taken to these large rusty metal towers with no windows, 4 to be precise. They were all connected on the top level and situated quite closely to one another in the midst of a barren wasteland. (Fallout 4 influence surely) Inside there were facilities to accommodate most human needs, a gym, kitchen, dormitories. I seemed to be fixated on a shower and proceeded to look through the various bathrooms. Most were simple and matched the look of the towers. But one I came across was sleek and modern with black tiles and a large strange shower head. I got cleaned up and that's all I can remember.
