Weird Hotel/Surgery (TW//: Rape)

I don’t even fully understand where I was or what was going on. But, it looked like I was in this hotel place or school or train? And there were a lot of different rooms and areas that had different themes. Anyway…I apparently needed to have some kind of operation. Idk why. But I remember being in a classroom and then I was just sent to an operating room LNAODBDS. so I go in and the doctor is there and he starts operating. I’m like on the brink of losing my conciousness but I feel something I in my PUHHH area. then I knock out. When I wake up again, I have a tube sticking out my stomach and my PUH hurts. So I’m like, yeah sm isn’t right. Basically the doctor r-worded me while I was unconscious. And I was shaking and scared. I ran away back into the hotel up these steps. And I pulled the tube out of my stomach. The hotel is suddenly on fire but I’m still going further in for some reason. I run into this girl, she had darker skin, glasses, little chubby like me and she also had a tub in her stomach and she looks scared. So I go to talk to her and she explains what happened to her. TURNS OUT that doctor dude also r-worded HER TOO. so I’m just like so disgusted literally about to throw up, but I take her hand and try to get us both out of the burning hotel place. Then I woke up. If anyone has any idea what a dream like this could mean, pls lemme know :/
