Unstable woman kills

This couple was having sex ... A tall and skinny man and a voluptuous red head. Well not really sex but they were just naked and playing around.I guess anyways fast forward ... she made the guy pose naked for her on top of this super unsafe structure. She dropped a penny on it and it collapsed on him ... dead gone later he goes to his funeral and talks to his old professor that sees ghost and the professor explained she was in the mental hospital before for killing a bunch of men that way. They let her out because she seemed to be fine when they tested her. Took place in the late1800s
