dead bodies? in my yard? it's more likely than you think

(there was a long af part before this, but I can't remember it) I was walking back home with my mom -but I wasn't really going home because we where walking the perimeter of a forest, near a cliff, and I don't fucking live there thank god- when we found a yellowish dead dog lying on the ground. my mom told me to walk around it and go on, which I did, trying not to fall down the cliff. some meters after we found the body of a young woman, naked, with the same yellowish color of the dog and an open wound on the stomach covered with some plastic foil. my mom told me to walk around her when I realized that the woman was alive, so my mom got down next to her and put the woman head on her lap while I took the phone out to call 911, but for some reason I wasn't able to: I tried the emergency call but it didn't exist, I tried to digit the number but I couldn't find where to digit it, every movement seemed on slow motion. my mom started singing some silly song and I freaked out, I tried to sit down but I was so near to the cliff that I felt like I was about to fall down. then I woke up
