the main thing i remember from this night is my hands being ice cold. it was extremely bad and had a parent excuse day from missing one period that i called and said i couldn’t make it. i had a test in mr. hill’s class but i could not write at all. i started having black bruises and spots on my hands, mostly on my right hand. we tried a bunch of things but nothing worked. when touched, it felt hot, despite the icy cold i felt. i woke up with both of my hands pinned in between my knees, tingling and numb from being there for who knows how long.
