Second lucid dream, first in awhile

I was in a room and I believe I was petting cats and there were other people there, and I kind of realized that things were a bit off and I started thinking about dreams and suddenly it clicked that I was in a dream. I stood up and looked at my hands real quick and they looked almost waxy, like they were melting. I started smiling and things began shaking and of course I knew all the tricks of how to ground myself. I tried my own thing the first time, by looking down at my feet and breathing slowly and deeply. Then, when the dream was stable, I walked over to the counter and started talking to the people there. I remembered that it was fun to tell dream characters that they were in a dream so I told the girl. She started laughing nervously and she was clearly not that smart, so she's like "that's crazy dude!!" and the guy told me to prove it. So I looked at him, blew some air towards him and he went flying back. He went "woah!!! awesome bro!!" And I kept this up for awhile, we all went to go sit down and I kept trying to do things to the dream, I tried changing the dream scene and it wasn't as easy as I expected it to be so I said out loud "this is in MY head, I should be able to do what I want" and the characters were like "yeah that would make sense, maybe just calm down". And then things started shaking again so I tried the spinning technique and I grabbed the girl's hand and we began spinning in circles together, her laughing the whole time. It grounded me but I ended up waking up suddenly, no shaking beforehand, not too long after.
