Drive

I was in my work shop that also stored some sophisticated equipment used for grooming my dog, Motor. Some white family , quite a few of them, came in and started checking the place out. There was a kid too. I engaged them in small talk. Asked them twice where they are from and each of them were from different parts and has experience living in many countries, a truly global lot. Then I found myself sitting in my car and going to drop them somewhere. After a while I found the car was driving itself. I was alarmed. My car didn't have self driving mode, maybe cruise control but nothing more. I raised an alarm , the leader said his same model back home self drives. That wasn't enough to assuage me and I wanted to take control. So I moved into the driver's seat and pressed the brake and car came into manual mode. Soon I realised there were no side mirrors. I couldn't possibly continue and wanted to stop. A bend was coming and I was dreading it. I had low visibility , as if something was blocking my view. Nothing happened thankfully as I turned and I wanted to stop behind a parked truck. The stop was extremely agonising..I braked with all my might but the car slowed but didnt stop. It stopped just before hitting the truck. Then I realised it's possible I was at the back seat and someone else was driving all along.
