two gorillas and a husband

I wasn’t inside a video game, but the setting reminded me of one. I say this, because there were these ginormous monsters that would try to kill me. Whenever they did, I’d see this red flash... and then I “respawn”. I don’t think I was in a video game though. I think that was just real life. I had a husband, or maybe a boyfriend. I’m going to listen to my gut and say husband, because that’s what first came to mind. That game thing ended. Hallelujah. It was boring. Time passes. Anyway, it was real grassy. There was a trail somewhere. It was the type of trail people go through to enjoy nature and stuff. It was kind of like a nature park. My husband was with me. We, as a couple, decided to walk through the trail. We were only just beginning. The trail was going up this hill, which means we couldn’t exactly see what was going on further into the trail. I was in front of him. As I am walking very casually, I see two gorillas. They were extremely far away. If I held my thumb out from where I was standing, the gorillas would probably appear as big as my thumb. I almost freaked out, but then I somehow convince myself that they were fenced off the trail. When I looked again, or squinted I guess, I realized that they were on the other side of the fence. I was on THAT SIDE. Immediately, I turned around. My husband was right on my tail, and I told him something like, “There’s gorillas. Go, go, go.” I couldn’t even believe it. For some reason, it was the most peculiar thing for me to encounter gorillas there, even after dodging gigantic monsters a long while before. Just as we’re running, I turn my head to get one last look. I saw two people, maybe three, beginning to run too. Now, I knew better than to let the gorillas see me run before this all happened. Those two or three boys didn’t. They didn’t try to act calm at all, from what I saw. Well... as my husband and I are busting out of there, I genuinely believed the gorillas would be cool about the whole thing and ignore us. Imagine what I looked like when I took a double take and saw the two gorillas coming at us from the distance. I was running, but it was like I couldn’t run as fast as I was trying to. Typical. The dream altered my speed. The good thing is that we both got away. My husband was on the adventurous side, so of course he decides to try and defeat the gorillas instead of escaping them. It frustrated me, but I stayed hiding anyway. I think a few more gorillas appeared too, as did a few more people. I was hiding in this big wooden box. It reminded me of one of the boxes that horses go in, in a stable. The ground had hay and dirt and whatnot, and there was an opening for the others who were inside to look out and observe the fight. It was almost like we were in a base. If you’ve ever played tag or capture the flag, then you might know what I mean when I say base. It was a safety one, even though I’m pretty sure it wouldn’t be able to protect us if a bunch of gorillas decided to come and break it down. Spoiler alert. My husband survived. That was a no brainer to me, even though I was worried sick. That was his personality. He liked to live on the edge, and he was usually really skilled at... nearly everything that took physical strength and cleverness. I’m presuming he defeated the gorillas, because then he began to approach the box. I saw it through the opening. He came around and entered. There was this irritating woman standing inside though. I don’t know if she was a “player” or something, or if she was some type of unintelligent moderator/admin, but she was bossy nonetheless. She told him that he had to restart all the way from the beginning of the game while we all get to teleport to the end and finish, because for some reason... she thought that he was trying to take a shortcut and come in. I literally TOLD her that I was by his side almost the whole time, and that he did indeed finish the game. Adventure. Whatever that world was. Of course, she didn’t believe me. Others were defending him as well, all of them being boys who fought against the gorillas along with him. Why was she targeting him? I was infuriated. I ended up persuading the cursed woman to take us to court so we can settle it all. The courtroom was so small, that only... I’d say eight to ten other people could come. This woman tells the lawyer and a few others or whoever the higher roles were (possibly owners of the game or higher ranked admins) the same thing she told us back inside the box. Blah blah blah, cheated his way through, blah blah blah, not right and unfair. We ended up winning the case. That’s it. I wouldn’t consider this a pleasant dream at all, and considering my levels of anxiety, I’d put this straight under the “nightmare” category/realm. Another dream occurred, but I’m not sure whether or not it happened before or after the gorilla one. Basically, I had a bald head. It was only bald on the back half of my head. The front of my head had hair. I guess I was going to go back in public or something, so I asked for a hat to put over my head. Mom ended up using her cool magic touch to give me hair, and I felt so relieved. Later in time, I go to use the bathroom. Mom runs in there and tells me to spray first. I guess someone stinked the place up. She sprayed... but then started spraying the Febreeze into my scalp. She rubbed it all through my hair, as if it was hair oil, even getting it to the ends of my hair. That’s all I remember from that one.
