potatoes on fire

I was baking potatoes and suddenly they're on fire and I start panicking and my neighbour randomly barges in my house and tells me to get out. I wait right on my door step and my friend is outside with me for some reason. She looks inside and sees that light reflecting in the other room from the fire. "this is so sad" she says casually thinking my neighbour died. My neighbour comes back with the fire put out and that is all.
