night terrors of being haunted by spirits in my dreams

Dear Dream Journal I being having night terror being haunted by spirits since I was a little girl and now I am 48 years old and still have night terrors by haunted by spirits it really scare me so bad I wake up looking around in my bedroom why my heart be racing and shaking then I started praying to God and Micheal Arc Angel to help me with my night terror of spirits and help me make the spirits go away then I go back to sleep rest of the night. That all for now have a good day and night before bed pray for good dreams and sleep😇👼👻👹
