It’s late in the afternoon and I’m on hold to speak with someone from a potential wedding venue. Suddenly, a woman comes on the phone with a major attitude and tells me that it’s already 3:30 and that I shouldn’t be calling so close to their closing time. I snap back and tell her that I’ve been on hold for a while and that I’m just waiting for someone to answer a few simple questions for me.
