Unfamiliar place

I was with a large group and we were in a resort. I saw the name of the resort which said Jungle Island. In it, there were so many birds of different colors. I saw a lot of chickens with colorful feathers. Suddenly, the place changed and I was in a poor village. Someone ordered me to get the laundry of the poor villagers who cant afford laundry services. I saw their clothes bundles in the mud. An old lady gave me big oysters. They were already open and I regret touching them because they had long worms that burried in my skin. I pulled them one by one and they left holes on both sides of my arms. They looked like bullet holes.
