Winter Wedding Lucid Dream

I arrived at a wedding I was hired to film with my friend. Our first location for the day was the church. It was out in the country somewhere 30-50 miles west of Wichita and it was a frigid December. Snow blanketed the ground and Christmas decorations were mingled among wedding decorations all over the church. The church itself was old, but well kept. I remember the front door was massive, made of dark wood, and trimmed with garland and white flowers. My partner and I loaded gear into the foyer and then went over our timeline. My first task as always was to film groom prep, and I was to be escorted to the groom's house in a small nearby town. My ride was an old redheaded lot lizard looking lady driving a stretch limo from the 90's. We drove down a winding road out onto the prairie and I remember the landscape changing dramatically. Suddenly I noticed massive red hills and buttes peaking through the snow. Then later a vast chalk badlands that stretched out to the horizon. We winded around a turn and went down a slope into a small neighborhood of really nice houses all decorated for the season. As I was getting out I couldn't find my 70-200mm Canon Lens and I was stressing out to the max! My partner walked up out of no where and said, "hey man, did you get the shots yet?" I was like, "no I'm heading in now." and ditched the search effort, praying the lens was in my bag. When I entered the groom's house I noticed there were around 20 meat head, rich guy groomsmen hanging out in the living room. I introduced myself and explained what I was there to do. As I started to assemble and dial in my gear, to my horror I realized it was a toy camera and the lens was some piece of crap that wouldn't focus. Just then I had an epiphany. I've had this dream before. Dreams in which I'm at weddings and I struggle to find my gear and get the shots. I suddenly knew I was dreaming. Unfortunately this awakening also came with an embarrassing twist, I looked down and was completely naked. At that moment the groom's mom comes in the front door with a bunch of kids and starts heading my way. Now I'm wrapped in a bed sheet, but I'm being approached by a suspicious groomsman bro. He says "you alright man?" Realizing that I'm in a dream, I calmly talked my way out of it saying, " I slipped on ice on my way in and soaked my clothes in wet snow, do you have any pants I can borrow?" He made a gesture over to the wall and there was a display rack with clothes sealed in plastic. He walked over to the rack and threw a couple of plastic clothes packs at me. I retreated into a bedroom to change into the clothes. I ripped open all the packs to see what was available. There were pajama pants that were blue and had Gunter from Adventure Time printed all over them. There were also thermal tops of assorted colors and ornate Santa hats. I decked myself out in the Gunter pajama pants, threw on as many thermals as I could, and finally, I sported a long green Santa hat and wrapped the long neck of the hat around my neck for warmth. Now that I realized I was dreaming the plan was to get dressed enough to trek out in the snow back to the beautiful landscape I had seen on my ride in. I remember leaving the house and heading down the road but unfortunately, I woke up soon after. I was really excited about seeing that rugged landscape so close to Wichita. Boooooooo. Hopefully I'll dream about that place again.
