A girl’s worst nightmare

I was with my friend S in her dorm room getting ready and as I was brushing my hair I asked if she could turn on any extra lights. She flipped out and attacked me, trying to punch me. I was able to hold her off and convince her there was no reason to be so crazy, I had asked her a question very politely and she could just say no. She calmed down and backed away. I decided it was worth leaving and going home. I went into the public restroom and when I sat down to pee, there was period blood all over the lower half of my body, as well as what looked like some other kind of bodily fluid. When I looked down in the toilet, more than just period blood was coming out, it looked like pieces of my uterus. I freaked out, took off my pants and underwear, cleaned up, and went to another dorm to find pants. Someone gave me a mini skirt and I proceeded to find my husband to tell him he had to take me to the emergency room. I found him outside with our two little boys and told him what was going on. We started walking to the car, which was an ordeal because the 5 year old was complaining and the 16 month old was fighting in my husband’s arms because he wanted to get down and run around. We finally got to the car and saw that a tire had fallen off. I really started freaking out because I was starting to bleed through again, meanwhile the kids are going crazy. My husband insisted he needed to change the tire but I wasn’t going to be able to watch the kids. Then my alarm went off.
