removing black heads

my dream last night was long. a lot happened that I can not recall right now, but I distinctly remember squeezing the skin on my face to remove black heads. my face is pretty clear, so it was strange to see a lot of pimples and whiteheads on my face. as I was squeezing, the gunk and puss was coming out. sorry for the gross visual...haha
