Back to 18 years ago when everything was better

Meant to post this dream last week, but I had dreamt that I was back working at CVS, which is the job I had in high school and my first one and I believe I was training as a new manager. It was at the same location I had when I used to work there, which was down the street from my old house. I was the same age I am now but noticed how everything around me was like it was 18 years ago, including my grandmother who was no longer bed-ridden in the hospital suffering from brain damage due to a heart attack, but normal and healthy the way she used to be. This made me happy and apart of me became slightly aware of the dream but not fully. I just knew that I was glad she was back to normal even if I couldn't fully remember all the details of the real world. We naturally lived back in the old house and I recall it being my birthday so she ended up giving me some new flip flop house shoes. I don't really like flip flops but I was still really appreciative that she got them for me. I woke up right afterwards.
