The original zombie dream

Date: 5/20/2019

It started as a video game where you had to clear floors of a building from zombies. I don’t remember a lot because this was a while ago and it was only the beginning of the dream. But I seemed to be the main character with x amount of bullets making my way through a building which reminded me of my elementary school. I cleared several “levels” except it went from a video game feeling to a real life feeling, like I was becoming the main character. The dream then morphed into a different zombie storyline where I had to live amongst those turned. I found myself at a sort of picnic with fat zombies who were cooking gumbo or something in an oil barrel. As long as I laughed along to whatever they were saying they didn’t seem to notice. I then saw two of my cousins (they weren’t really my cousins, I’d never seen them before) and they introduced me to a sort of “haven supermarket” which was basically a Whole Foods or Kroger that zombies hadn’t contaminated yet. I followed them since we agreed to stick together but I knew something bad would happen. And my in-dream suspicions were confirmed when one of my cousins ducked down to look in a baby carriage or whatever and a zombie fetus popped out. Zombie fetuses are freakishly fast kinda like Minecraft baby zombies except my dream zombie fetuses were gray and rotted and disgusting. Anyway, my dumb cousins accidentally turned the whole safe haven Whole Foods into a bunch of infected people, including them. I then ran into this kid who was like 13 I guess and he needed to find his parents. The only problem was that we were in the South (Georgia or Florida) and his parents were somewhere in the Northeast. So in my dream we made a boat and travelled Indiana Jones style up the coast. There, we got to a place that looked like my school where a bunch of healthy kids were just living. As we got there, sirens began to go off and we ran inside and acted like it was a tornado drill. Except my mind could see outside the building and there was a herd of like four or five or six giant fat zombies (like 50 ft talk giants) and they destroyed everything in their path, just avoiding the school. I woke up and it felt so weird cause it those giant zombies were so creepy (like how’d they become two stories tall?)
