Dad became a Jedi

Dad lost job as firefighter because the government couldn’t fund as many firefighters. I went with him to my school and saw three of his work friends that got to the school before him to save their jobs, so dad was too late and therefore couldn’t save his job because his three work friends took all of the firefighter jobs. I yelled at them saying “thanks a lot” and dad had a go at me because i embarrassed him. His work friends then started to be rude to me and attempted to follow me because they were angry at what I had said. I was in a room with mum and dad and dad then said that we had to give up the house, the cats and couldn’t afford to buy me things anymore because he lost his job. I then went with him to the front room where people from Star Wars were in tents and offered him a place as a Jedi because they felt bad that dad had a family to look after and provide for. Me and dad sat down talking to them and they explained to us that people from space own the fire brigade and that Star Wars have been offering jobs to ex fireman because they felt bad that they lost their job.
