Builders Selling Ski boots

I see a brick building. Orange brick walls. Not all walls finished. Someone says the contractors got the contract and instead of building the house/ walls, they bought ski boots (or roller blades?) to sell. They made more money selling the boots. I laugh and find this very funny.
