dream house

I am inside a quite large house. It looks very old and has a victorian look to it. Everything in the house is black and brown and the hallways are dimly lit. I enter the house many times throughout this dream. Every time i enter towards the front door i see a dark hallway to my left with a bedroom. This room makes me feel scared. Directly in front of me is a small stair case of about 5 steps that leads to a second floor. On the second floor there is an open corridor that is also dimly lit with candles every where. As i keep walking straight i can see another room in front of me. This room is different than the one downstairs. This room doesn't frighten me but makes me feel very comfortable and safe. This room must be the master because it is huge. There is a massive king bed in the middle of the room and a small dresser, nothing else. I lay in the bed covered in the blankets. I feel safe and warm. I think I hear a knock at the door. I reluctantly get out of the bed and walk down the hallway to the steps. I am in front of the door. I slowly reach for the door handle and open the door. A person come inside, im assuming its a friend or something because im glad to see them. As i head up the stairs they ask me why i dont sleep in the downstairs. I explain to them that the room is very erie and make me feel scared. We then proceed to go upstairs to the large master bed room.
