Hidden items within

I dreamt that I was picking up something like garbage from my car when I rubbed up against my breast by accident and noticed an odd lump. I felt it and it was rectangular in shape. There were 2, one towards the inner right, and one towards the inner left. I then told my sister who was close by, and she seemed perplexed. I thought oh my god...my dad must have implanted drugs or money to hide within me when I was a baby and forgot. (My mom had told me that he was a drug dealer, haven’t seen my dad since I was about 2 1/2 years old.) I started freaking out and told my mom, she didn’t believe me until I allowed her to see and feel. I then went to the doctors to have these items removed. When they cut me open and opened up the ziplock bags that were folded within me and contained the items, I was shocked to see that in one was a bunch of brand new pure white clothing, from socks and underwear to shirts etc...how in the world was it able to be neatly contained in such a tiny spot? I have no idea. In the other was a folded letter of recommendation for hire at a women and children’s shelter. I was surprised at the whole thing and then I woke up
