I contacted and communicated with my higher self today it wasn’t even out of body but the frequency was unmistakable, I was cooking breakfast with for my girlfriend and all of a sudden I get a high pitch ringing in my right ear that had a physical sensation in my right frontal lobe and it went so high but I just stood there and let it happen as if nothing was happening and when it was done I got a psychic impression of someone behind me but I wasn’t afraid in the slightest, it was myself and I knew that because it was me like my energy being reflected back to me but distilled and transparent as crystal light is the only way I can explain, but I turn around and for a split second I see a 7-8ft silhouette of light in an angelic type physicque and it gave me this orb of light which had its signature basically a psychic phone number “interim369” It’s not his name just the words and numbers that I can use to dial him up essentially he’s in the 11th dimension and communicates with the 12th I’ve been wanting to have a sit down with my higher mind for so long and I thought I was gonna do it by astral projecting and finding it there but it was so silly to do so because of what I explain about the higher mind being the true self…my mind the vr headset was being put on this proverbial hamster wheel with a carrot of the higher self dangling in front of it, but this whole time the higher mind was running right there with me everywhere I searched but my higher self was already always there, it’s the place I was viewing from but thought I had to go to, “when you’re in Detroit you don’t need to take a bus to Detroit” and so the dial up signature is just a reminder of the fact that time and space are still within and under my awareness not the other way around
