Torn skin, elevator

First dream I contracted coronavirus but for some reason in this world it caused tears in your skin. I had a huge tear in my left arm almost the entire length of my forearm, and then a bunch of horizantal cuts near up and down. I had a dance to go to but couldn't go because of this so I called my friend and he set me up with a doctor at the ER so I wouldn't have to pay anything. While the doctor talked to me all I could think was how getting stitches would be so time consuming and how ugly my arm would be now. At some point they found a blanket full of blood in my room and I was under suspect of murder, but that's confusing because it probably just would have been my blood. In another dream I was with V at work and she says how she saw through the elevator windows into people's rooms (apprently our school's elevators have windows in this dream lol), and she saw some guy and girl together on accident. So I'm walking into the elevator with a ferret on my head with the faint feeling I might still be dodging the cops. I see V go into the room same time as a guy and then hear laughing and I get kind of jealous honestly lol. Then someone starts pounding on the floor of my elevator. Turns out she had to enter their room to get into an elevator and she saw me in front of her. As soon as we get to the top she is like "I told you right! Aren't those two so gross!" In another, my step-mom was mixing ketchup and avocado chucks that had been put into big romaine lettuce leaves. Blegh!
