Eating raw beef almost Lucid

So while I was trying to lucid dream I entered Sleep Paralysis which was part of my plan, but before a dream scene could manifest I lost consisousness and this is that dream. So I was in my kitchen and I saw a bowl of raw beef and my dad was in the living room. I remembered that there was this guy who was addicting to eating raw beef (irl) so I decided to eat the raw beef behind my dad's back it tasted chewy tbh. then I put it back and found some cooked beef I ate some of that and made sure the oven was off. I then saw some beef bits on the cutting board and ate that too. Then I woke up.
