Walking in the dark

It was getting late and my friend wanted me to walk to her place (we live near each other) and I walked a little ways as it started to get dark. The walking was super hard though. When I got to the end of the street I was like ughhhhh, I can't, I have to go back (I was lazy but also creeped out by the dark), so I ran back and for some reason the running was extremely easy. It felt like I was barely even moving my legs even though I was running quite fast. So in this dream she came over to my place instead.
