drenched in blood

i was walking downtown and kept seeing people i know and trying to stop and talk to them but everyone looked grossed out or scared when i would approach them. i eventually got to a bathroom in the mall and looked in the mirror, i was covered in blood. i felt fine and don't think i was hurt?
