Reaching the end of the map

My mom and I were in the ocean? I think we were looking for people we knew who were on some kind of expedition or exploration. We were swimming the whole way for some reason. We were at the end of the "map" and there was a wall in the ocean you couldn't go any farther into, like a video game. I stuck my hand through it but I didn't know what would be on the other side. At some point the waves washed me through the end of the map and I was drowning but I managed to get back up and my mom was like,"omg you scared me, you disappeared!" I swam to this sheet of ice but then saw land/ice and climbed up onto it. The people we were looking for were there. We had been swimming in the Arctic Ocean and they were like how are y'all not cold? There was an Egyptian pyramid there and we all went into it. On the way out, I noticed someone was missing and I was wondering if he was trapped. I went back inside and apparently some curse had activated so he couldn't leave. He said his brother had carved a swastika onto him and where it was marked his hand was glued to the table and he couldn't remove it. He told us to go on and we eventually had to leave him behind. I jumped back into the Arctic Ocean no problem and it felt warm??
