A bus journey followed by a strange encounter

Date: 11/22/2020

I started out in my bedroom and floated out of the window. I could pass straight through walls like a ghost. There was a bus waiting outside even though there are no buses that go past my house IRL. I floated onto the bus's top deck and sat down (that's one way of avoiding paying I guess!) I didn't know where the bus was going, but I didn't care, I just wanted to see where it would take me. After a while a few people got off the bus and I decided to get off too. I was on a fairly normal street in the centre of some town. I don't know what town, but it looked vaguely familiar. Soon after, an attractive girl came up to me and asked for help. She seemed nice enough and was acting flirty so I agreed to help. She started to tell me a story and the dream now switched to a flashback from her perspective. She had been invited to go clubbing with some friends but it was last minute and she hadn't had time to get ready. Everyone else was dressed up in really brightly coloured fancy costumes & makeup but she was just wearing a fairly normal dress. When they had arrived at the nightclub, a stranger (who oddly resembled a girl I went to school with) had approached her and offered her something that would help make her look more exciting... brightly coloured fake toenails! The girl had accepted the offer and received the toenails (but I didn't find out whether she actually put them on...) Back in the present, the girl explained to me that the toenails had come in a huge pack and she now had hundreds of fake toenails that she didn't need. She tried to persuade me to take some, and even started trying to put them on my feet (I was barefoot for some reason) while explaining how great they were. I started to feel like something was wrong, and soon my suspicions were confirmed when she started listing prices and offering me special deals. She was trying to rip me off! I felt foolish for being suckered in by a flirty, good looking girl. At this point I must have realised how ridiculous the situation was because I woke up.
