failed horribly astral projection attempt

set timer for 4hr before goingbto bed. woke up. used the magnet on my third eye had same crystals under my bed and set the lucid 101 mp3 ramp timer on put on my head phones it woke me up a couple times but nothing happend could not even remember my dreams didnt even feel like i dreamed at all.
