Sight- Miracle rice

I close my eyes, still very wide awake... I see metal pool of water in a Foreign country. In a few seconds, the water bubbles up and turns into cooked white rice. I can use this to feed the starving locals who cannot afford food. The first guy to come is salty and doesn't think I'll share. But softens as he realizes that's my intention. End.
