massage

I booked a massage online. I went to the spa and tried to check in, but the woman at the counter was being very unhelpful. She mumbled and she kept turning away from me. I couldn't tell what she was saying and she wouldn't speak up. Finally I got that she wanted my parents to sign a form. I was like "What? I'm 29!" and she just kept mumbling at me!!! It was infuriating. I did not make it to my massage.
