I was working at an open-air concept office at a large rectangular table with lots of papers and stuff around it was for a newspaper or journalism and my boss ( the head in charge of a very large warehouse size room of employees) came around ( i sit in the very back on the wall, far away from his office) ( on my right) to give me some advice and I asked for a sit-down meeting about my future he asked that in order to be more productive that we both agree I need to be more assertive I pulled out a ( large 5 subject with empty papers toward the back, I wanted to take detailed notes of his suggestions) notebook and was taking notes I open a page and he said "ROAR" I said "ROAR" and I wrote down the word r o a r in block letters, nervously at the top in blue ink, with scribbles filling in the letters and a numbered list. We came up with a plan to establish me as being more assertive and when I had questions when I had issues they would be sent up to higher-ups and instead of using me as a specific example it would be a hypothetical situation on how an employee could improve upon. the example was DHS I'm aware that this is the health system in England ( modeled after healthcare in England, free, available to everyone at no cost, they have a large research department that takes public questions either specifically or anonymously). he said that my situation would be sent to Professionals in that area ( in coordination with the authorities) and they would come up with a suitable solution without knowing that it was specifically mine I requested no psychiatrist ( and he agreed). I looked out the window to my right and there had been three or four different kinds of vines and bushes growing and under my recommendation I suggest if we pull out one of the vines and allow another to flourish and the bushes and trees had flourished outside the window and they were mostly a bright orange tree and a light pink vine and lovely ( large bonsai type tree with orange and white creme blossoms about 8 feet tall and 16 or more feet wide and spreading even wider by the day) my boss seemed receptive to my questions and comments I was writing in blue ink and I wanted a future at my current employment I was across the table from someone who was almost eavesdropping, and was getting the kind of productive feedback that only a boss would give if they were truly invested in their future, both personally and professionally, ( blatant favoritism) my coworker would have been jealous. daylight, indoor, large window with streaming sunlight, in the office area near golden corral, next to a high school, gas station and interstate across from Walmart in Bellevue ( 15th and Gregg on Sunshine Blvd) (wiping puddles of sweat off my face with a white paper towel)
