Dewey, crazy dad

At this big party. I knew quite a few people. An eclectic mix of artists, gays and musicians. Someone comes up and says here's someone you've been looking for. It was Dewey who passed away a few years ago..two guys are on each side of him and he's dressed in white. I try to talk to him but he doesn't respond. Later I'm in the back seat with this kid. The father is driving kinda crazy. Its fuzzy now but he was doing something wrong and I was concerned for the child.
