I've been bamboozled

So it was over 10 years ago. I was maybe 12, maybe younger. I had a dream my younger sister had a good friend who transferred from Australia and I would always ask about her. Because I thought it was real. And my sister, the elementary school BITCH that she was, went along with it for years. Fast forward to a couple years ago and I asked "what ever happened to your friend from Australia?" And she denied ever having said friend. And I was like NO okay I can recall all these details about her blah blah blah and she said she never had a friend from Australia. Here I am questioning my own sanity and no one in my family can say they remember Hannah's Australian friend. I'm 22 and I still am not positive whether or not a dreamt up my sisters friend from Australia.
