Killed and didnt care¿

i dreamt that my boyfriend came over and we were sitting in my bed together and he stoked me with his pointing finger from my hip to the side of my knee and suddenly that part of me opened up like a big cut and i bled out while he was watching and then he walked away. i didnt seem to care in my dream.
